Built in reports provide detail and summaries of total hours, overtime and wages arranged by employee, department or task. A powerful new Timecard Report Writer makes it easy to customize or create any number of new timecard reports.

In addition to timecards, Virtual TimeClock Basic automatically tracks and reports accrued and used leave time, including vacation, sick leave and personal time. Entering Holiday hours for all full time or part time employees requires only one simple entry.
